EASY

A refreshing frozen cocktail that blends juicy peaches, Aperol, and citrus into a lightly bitter, perfectly balanced margarita. Bright, icy, and smooth, this drink is ideal for warm evenings, summer parties, or anytime you want something playful and elevated.

Why you’ll love this recipe

  • Lightly bitter and fruity, not overly sweet

  • Perfect for summer entertaining

  • Easy to blend, no bartending skills needed

  • Can be made with fresh or frozen peaches

Ingredients notes

  • Tequila: Blanco tequila keeps the flavor clean and crisp.

  • Aperol: Adds gentle bitterness and a subtle orange note that balances the fruit.

  • Peaches: Fresh ripe peaches work great, but frozen peaches make it extra icy and smooth.

  • Lime juice: Freshly squeezed is essential for balance.

  • Orange liqueur: Enhances the citrus notes and ties everything together.

  • Ice: Adjust depending on whether your peaches are fresh or frozen.
