Ingredients notes
Tequila: Blanco tequila keeps the flavor clean and crisp.
Aperol: Adds gentle bitterness and a subtle orange note that balances the fruit.
Peaches: Fresh ripe peaches work great, but frozen peaches make it extra icy and smooth.
Lime juice: Freshly squeezed is essential for balance.
Orange liqueur: Enhances the citrus notes and ties everything together.
Ice: Adjust depending on whether your peaches are fresh or frozen.
